I AM THAT GIRL Confidence 
Building Program 

This workshop runs from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays in March. Our goal is to help our participants develop self-confidence and self-love. The fundamental issues surrounding a lack of confidence will be discussed, and self-confidence practices will be explored. The material presented in this course will assist participants in making positive choices, ultimately leading to increased self-confidence and unconditional love.


+ Public Speaking - Designed to improve public speaking confidence, presentational abilities, critical thinking, and the ability to overcome public speaking fears.

Program 

This workshop runs from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays in April. The goal is for participants to develop a balanced social and physical well-being. The participant's mental and physical health will enable them accomplish their personal duties, goals, and difficulties more effectively.


+ Cooking/Nutrition- Participants will learn and practice fundamental cooking skills from many countries, as well as prepare some of their favorite desserts. The class will conclude with a discussion of nutrition and meal planning fundamentals. The main focus is on defining "healthy eating" and assisting participants in developing basic cooking skills.

Program 

This workshop takes place on the second and fourth Saturdays in September from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This workshop is intended to help participants prepare for college success. Our course offers a comprehensive approach to preparing them not only for the classroom, but also for life as a college student. The workshop will provide students with the opportunity to earn numerous scholarships as well as information on how to meet the admission standards for any two or four-year college. It will also teach participants how to apply for scholarships using essay writing style approaches, enlighten them about campus student involvement, and study and tour several universities of interest.


+ S.T.E.M. - This hands-on session identifies strategies to embrace S.T.E.M. and pursue lucrative expertise in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields.

Leadership 

Development 

program

This workshop runs from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays in October. Leadership skills, career planning, goal-setting, and financial literacy are among the topics covered in the session. Participants will learn how to leverage their leadership impact to benefit not just themselves, but also their peers, families, and communities.


+ Entrepreneurship - This session will prepare participants to start their own business. In addition, participants will be given business tools that will allow them to assess, establish, develop, and pilot a small business.
